Key strengths

Dynamic pressure foil air bearing

  • The dynamic pressure foil air bearing is a device that uses air instead of oil as a lubricant.
It converts the air movement between the bearing and the axis that occurs when the axis rotates into compressed
air to support and providen lubricant to the rotating axis.
  • Since compressed air cannot be generated enough to support the rotating axis when the machine is just started
or stopped, the axis rotates while creating friction with the air bearing. To prevent damages caused by such friction,
an erosion-resistant coating on the axis and bearing is needed.
  • This product has received more than 20,000 times of special coating to ensure on and off functions.
  • We have the design and manufacturing technology for Bump-Type air bearings that are applied to large capacity (of 300 Kw or greater)
    wind blowers and air compressors.
This core technology allows electric motor energy to be delivered to the axis without mechanical friction, thus eliminating noise,
increasing system efficiency and extending the useful life by much longer.

HIgh capacity PM high speed motor

  • The high speed motor we manufacture is a high capacity (22Kw-300Kw) PM motor.
  • When supported by our air bearing, high speed operation at 20,000-100,000rpm is possible and an impressive motor efficiency
of 95% or greater can be achieved.
  • With a motor efficiency of 75%-85% achieved through the combination of existing regular (or high-efficiency) induction
motors and accelerated gears as well as an oil bearing, energy savings of about 10%-20% can be achieved.
  • Energy can also be saved by controlling the rotatin speed of the motor which is a key characteristics of regular inverter
control systems. Operation is possible with an electric current of less than 10% of the standard current,
making a separate startup panel unnecessary.
  • Sensor-less type motor drive (inverter) technology has also been applied to allow for precise control even in a high
    temperature environment.
